Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling before the course starts

If you cancel before your first class, you may receive a refund of fees paid, after deducting the registration or admission fee. Please request cancellation in writing by email or WhatsApp.

2. Cancelling after the course starts

Once classes have started, fees for the current month or module are not refundable. Fees for unstarted modules may be adjusted as agreed at admission.

3. Demo class

The demo class is free and carries no obligation to enrol.

4. Batch changes by us

If we cancel a batch, you may choose a refund of fees paid or a transfer to another batch.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.
